To get the most out of your training and rehabilitation sessions, it’s crucial to properly recover. We’re proud to offer a variety of tools and modalities to maximize that recovery. Our Recovery Zone includes:

  • NICE & GameReady cold therapy + compression units

  • Theragun & Hyperice percussion massagers

  • Compex neuromuscular stimulation

  • Whirlpool cold tub

Our Recovery Zone is incorporated into our training programs for current patients, but is also available to anyone interested as a stand alone subscription service.
